Britannia Petite Does
Below are the current does residing in my rabbitry and contributing to my Lutino development. They are not for sale unless noted. We use mostly Chestnut and black otter to improve the Lutino type, but we also occasionally breed non-lutino gene carriers to each other to remain competitive on the show table and to continue to improve our breeding stock.
Lutinos and Lutino Carriers
GMtC's Dove Hunt
Sire: GMtC's Orf Chump - Chestnut F1
Dam: GMtC's Daddles - Chestnut F1 Variety: Dove Otter Lutino Legs: Not shown Dove Hunt is a joint bred doe and a very cool looking color and a surprisingly nice doe for an F2. She's still is a bit heavier boned than an ideal brit and she doesn't extend willingly, but her limb length is very nice and her topline is nice. She has already contributed with a couple of nice litters. Genetically, she is a black otter that is displaying the lutino gene. |
Non Lutino Carriers
Shianne's Strife
Sire: Painted Hill's G-Force - Black Otter
Dam: RAR's Sham - Broken Chestnut Variety: Broken Black Otter Legs: None Strife is a very pretty doe with a beautiful upright natural pose and attitude for days. She has the best head of all the does in the Petite herd, and I hope she passes that trait to her offspring. We are currently waiting for her first litter. |
